Common Name: Spider Aloe
Description: The Aloe spinosissima is a hybrid of the Aloe arborescens and Aloe humilis. It is a clumping, evergreen species with fleshy leaves that arise from a rosette and sport spiny teeth on its margins and terminate to a point. Initially, this species grows upright, eventually curving down at the tips. In Winter tubular flowers bloom on spikes and are reddish-orange in colour.
