What are your Trading Hours?

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 7:30am - 4:00pm 

Sunday: Closed

 

Where are you located?

370-418 Old Dandenong Road, Dingley Village. Just off the roundabout with huge palms out the front, you can't miss us!

 

Can I purchase from Dinsan if I don't have a Trade Card or am not registered?

Unfortunately if you are not registered with us, you cannot shop at Dinsan Nursery. This is due to the fact that we are a wholesale nursery and supply exclusively to the trade. 

 

How do I acquire a Dinsan Nursery Trade Card?

To acquire a Trade Card, simply fill out our Registration form online or head to the registration office near our cash registers to fill out a form in person. 

Should you register online, you should receive a Trade Card in the mail within 4-7 business days. However, should you register in store we will be able to check your ability to qualify on the spot and grant you with a Dinsan Nursery Trade Card. 

 

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We deliver to Melbourne Metro and beyond 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). 

For suburbs within our delivery area we charge flat rates regardless of the quantity of plants that you order (should that be 1 plant or a whole truck full). 

For suburbs out of our delivery area and interstate deliveries we use professional and experienced transport companies to ensure a swift and successful delivery of your plants. Rates for such deliveries are subject to the suburb of delivery and the quantity of plants to be delivered. To request a quote, speak to our sales staff today. 

 

How long is a quotation that I have received valid for?

Due to the rapid rate at which batches can sell out and stock can move our quotations, except those for Contract Grow projects are subject to change at anytime. 

Our quotes are a great indication of what you can expect your project to be priced at, however they're subject to change based on current stock availability. 

Quoting this way allows us to constantly provide you with the cheapest price at any given time dependant of what is available.

 

Do you have a current stock availability list that I can have a copy of?

Yes we do! We publish monthly lists to our registered customers of what stock is currently looking good in our growing area. If you are not receiving our monthly stock lists and are registered please contact advertising@dinsan.com.au

 

Do you provide Contract Growing Services?

We sure do! If you are interested in the pricing of a contract grow, please email through your planting schedules and plans through to mailbox@dinsan.com.au

We will be in touch with a fixed price quotation and an estimated ETA for your specific project. Please note that growing is subject to many factors including plant varieties, weather and sizes that you require.

 

Why can't I see any prices on your online store?

To view our prices and be able to add items to your cart please ensure that you are logged in using your trade account login and password. If you are not registered yet, simply register online or in store. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password please hit 'forgot my password' and you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

 

Are your prices in store and online retail or wholesale prices?

All pricing both in store and online are true wholesale prices as we solely sell to the trade and not the public. Prices online and in store may differ. 

 

What plants do you sell?

Dinsan offers an extensive range of plants not limited to one type of plants. Some of our best sellers include: Australian Natives, Coastal, Tropical, Shade, Fruit, Vegetables, Herbs, Succulents, Perennials, Advanced Trees, Screening Plants. However, our range does not stop there. Talk with a member of our staff if you have any specific plant enquiries. 

 

What if I can't find the plant I am after on your website on in store?

Great question - You will be pleased to know that we offer free plant sourcing to all of our registered customers.

Can you suggest substitutes for a plant that I am struggling to find or that cannot be sourced?

Of course we can, speak to one of our sales staff and we will do our best to give you ideas for suitable substitutes that may suit based on the look and plants growth habits/ requirements. 

 

Do you only sell plants?

No, we also sell a great range of potting mixes, mulches, fertilisers, weed control, pest control, disease control, hard wood stakes, tree guard, ties, pots, pebbles, garden ornaments, fountains, tools, sun protective gear, water saving products and instant turf. 

 

How can I open my own market stall at Dinsan Nursery?
