Common Name: Moss White Silver Birch
Description: The Moss White is a variant of the original Silver Birch and is noted for it's bright white bark. It is a medium sized deciduous tree with triangular shaped green leaves that have a serrated edge and turn yellow in the autumn. With a white trunk and pendulous branches, this tree makes an elegant statement in urban parks and gardens. Commonly used a s feature tree or group plantings. Prefers well drained soils in full sun to partial shade.
